The data we collect allows us to provide our services to you. Regarding the data of of a child, we ensure that, when necessary, we can provide our services accordingly, otherwise you will be notified. We will send out marketing messages and updates to our services if you have given us consent to do so.  You have the option to remove consent at any time via our marketing portal or emailing us on the above email address.


HOW LONG DO WE HOLD ON TO YOUR DATA?

Your personal information will be deleted when you ask us to close your account. We may have to retain some information for up to six years to comply with tax law and help deal with any disputes. This time limit may depend on if we are legally required to keep information for a certain period. We will retain details for marketing reasons until you say that you no longer wish to receive marketing information.

Personal information is stored on League Republic servers. Your personal data is transferred to the USA by MailChimp which are certified under the UK’s extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. This provides safeguards in relation to handling your personal data

Payment details go direct via our payment partners. We do not see or process this information.  To ensure that your details are not being used without your consent, our payment partners may send your details to third parties, such as fraud prevention agencies who may record that information for legal reasons.
