If you’re looking to join the NS5 5-A-side football league but don’t have a team yet, simply fill out the Team Up Form below. We’ll need some basic details from you, including the school your child attends along with which league your child is looking to join. NS5 leagues are based on age. 

Once we receive your details, we’ll connect you with other individual players who are looking to join the NS5 5-A-Side football league. We connect players by adding them to WhatsApp groups based on their school year, so you can easily communicate and with others to form a team. 

After connecting you with other players, you should identify a team manager. A team in the NS5 league consists of 5 to 8 players. You should name your team, register and enter your team for the forthcoming season. You'll also need to order the kit for your new team using the kit form. 

Once your team is registered for the new season look out for further details from the NS5 team about the league's schedule, match dates, and any other information you may need to get started.

Even after you've joined a team and you have questions, such as if a player needs to leave, or if you're looking to add a new member to the team, simply get in touch and we'll help you with the process.
